• • Develop AI-powered features such as:
• ◦ Voice-based / Avatar based student support and query handling
• ◦ Chat/voice-based helpdesk
• ◦ Intelligent search and recommendations
• ◦ Automated alerts, insights & performance analytics
• • Integrate AI models (LLMs, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, vision models) with front-end
• and back-end.
• • Build custom dashboards and advanced reporting modules.
• • Improve LMS efficiency through smart automation pipelines.
• • Collaborate with product, media, and content teams to align AI features with user needs.
• • Ensure strong data privacy, system security, and scalability.

Requirements

• Technical Skills Required
• • Strong Full Stack Development: React, Node.js, Python
• • Experience building AI/ML solutions using:
• ◦ LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, Gemini, Claude etc.)
• ◦ NLP, Computer Vision, and Voice AI◦ Vector databases & RAG systems
• • Knowledge in cloud platforms: AWS, or GCP
• • Experience integrating AI with LMS platforms or EdTech systems is a plus.
• • Understanding of data pipelines, automation workflows, and API integrations.
